We refer to the Company's announcement on 28 February 2020 in relation to the Single-Tier Final Dividend of 10.00 sen per ordinary share of MAHB.

The Company wishes to clarify that the Single-Tier Final Dividend of 10.00 sen per ordinary share of MAHB in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Constitution of the Company provides that before a dividend distribution is made such dividend must be authorised by the Board of Directors. The said authorisation was obtained on 28 February 2020.
