We refer to our announcements dated 20 April 2017 and 31 January 2019.

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that on 15 July 2019, the Company was served with a Re-Amended Statement of Claim (“Re-Amended SOC”) by Syarikat Pembinaan Anggerik Sdn Bhd (“SPASB”).

In the Re-Amended SOC, SPASB has changed the amount claimed against the Company from RM59,853,361.93 to RM66,834,195.48.

The amount claimed is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and the net assets of the Company since it is subject to strict proof at the full trial of this case which is fixed in November 2019.

Any further updates in respect of material development of this case will be made from time to time.
