We refer to the announcements dated 27 March 2018 and 11 January 2019 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of MAHB wishes to announce that as at 30 June 2019, the Purchaser had paid a sum of USD 2 million only being part payment of the purchase consideration and the Purchaser still owed an outstanding amount of USD5,502,685 (inclusive of late payment interest of 6%per annum) to MALPL.  Notwithstanding the above, other terms of the SPA remain intact.

The Company will make further announcement on the development of the above matter accordingly.
