The Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB or the Company) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Adoption of a New Constitution at the forthcoming Twentieth (20th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. 
A Circular to the Shareholders containing details of the abovementioned proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company, together with the Twentieth (20th) AGM Notice, 2018 Annual Report and Sustainability Report, in due course.
