We refer to the announcement dated 27 March 2018 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcement.

Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of MAHB on 10 January 2019, we wish to announce that the parties have agreed that the payment of the purchase consideration shall be settled within the next six (6) months commencing 1 January 2019. The extension is subject to an interest of six per centum (6%) per annum calculated on annual basis until full payment is received.
