YM Raja Azmi joined MAHB as Chief Financial Officer on 1 February 2016 and subsequently, was appointed as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer on 23 June 2018 following the expiry of the contractual tenure of the former Managing Director, YBhg Datuk Mohd Badlisham Ghazali. Prior to joining MAHB, he had held the positions as Group Chief Financial Officer and subsequently, Executive Director of UDA Holdings Berhad. His previous work experiences were as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Zelan Berhad, Group Finance Director of UEM Group Berhad and Executive Director of Time Engineering Berhad. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Tronoh Consolidated Malaysia Berhad and Group Financial Controller of Sapura Telecommunications Berhad. YM Raja Azmi started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand Malaysia before moving on to Malaysian Tobacco Company Berhad as an Internal Auditor and Marketing Accountant. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath, UK. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. |

YM Raja Azmi bin Raja Nazuddin has been appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 4 January 2019. The Board is confident that YM Raja Azmi can steer MAHB Group to greater heights with his strong background in financial matters and his experience in the airport operations as a senior management team of MAHB. YM Raja Azmis strength in the financial aspects is a great advantage to MAHB towards the implementation of Regulated Asset Base framework for the Company. |
