Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) wishes to announce the incorporation of Malaysia Airports (Subang) Sdn Bhd (MA Subang) on 7 December 2018. MA Subang is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has a total number of 100 ordinary shares with issued and paid-up capital of RM100.00. Its intended principal activity of MA Subang is to undertake all businesses relating to Subang Airport regeneration.

The incorporation of MA Subang is not expected to have any effect on the earnings or net assets of MAHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of MAHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation.
