We refer to the announcement dated 2 February 2018 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the said Announcement. The Board of Directors of MAHB wishes to announce that the parties have agreed to extend the Long Stop Date until 31 December 2018 ("Extended Long Stop Date"), subject to the provisions of the SPA. The parties shall execute a Supplemental Agreement as soon as practicable before the Extended Long Stop Date.
