In furtherance to the announcements dated 9 May 2016 and 16 December 2016, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (the Company) wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya in Shah Alam had released Mr Ng Choon Jin as a Liquidator of Sama-Sama Hospitality Management Sdn. Bhd (In Liquidation) (SSHM) under Section 490 of the Companies Act 2016 and dissolved SSHM pursuant to Section 490 and 491 of the Companies Act 2016 on 16 April 2018.

In view of the said Court Order, SSHM has ceased to be part of the Company’s subsidiaries. The dissolution of SSHM is not expected to have any material financial and operational impact to MAHB Group or the Company’s business operation.
