INCORPORATION OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY IN MALAYSIA

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) wishes to announce the incorporation of KLIA Aeropolis Sdn Bhd (KLIA Aeropolis) on 14 December 2016. The authorised share capital of KLIA Aeropolis is RM100,000.00, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each (Shares) with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM101.00, divided into 101 Shares.

The principal activity of KLIA Aeropolis is investment holding.

The incorporation of KLIA Aeropolis is not expected to have any effect on the earnings or net assets of MAHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MAHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation.
