In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) The particulars of the claim under the Notice, including the amount claimed for and the interest rate. 2) The details of the default or circumstances leading to the filing of the Notice. 3) Whether MA Sepang is a major subsidiary of your Company. 4) The total cost of investment in MA Sepang. 5) The operational impact of the Notice on the group. 6) The expected losses, if any, arising from the Notice. Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
