In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) The particulars of the claim under the Notice, including the amount claimed for under the Notice and the interest rate. 2) The details of the circumstances leading to the filing of the Notice against MA Properties. 3) Whether MA Properties is a major subsidiary. 4) The total cost of investment in MA Properties. 5) The financial and operational impact of the Notice on the group. Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
