Tunku Dato' Mahmood Fawzy bin Tunku Muhiyiddin retired at the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) held today, 25 May 2017. At the 18th AGM, he retired under Article 131 of the Company's Constitution and did not offer himself for re-election. Following his retirement as Director, Tunku Dato' Mahmood Fawzy also ceased as a Member of the Board Finance and Investment Committee of MAHB. |
