Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) wishes to announce the incorporation of MA ELOGISTICS SDN BHD (MA eLogistics) on 31 October 2017. MA eLogistics is a company incorporated in Malaysia and has a total number of 100 ordinary shares with issued and paid-up capital of RM100.00. Its intended principal activity is investment holding.

The incorporation of MA eLogistics is not expected to have any effect on the earnings or net assets of MAHB for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MAHB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation.
