Further to Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“the Company”)’s announcement on 21 September 2016 with regards to a Third Party Notice dated 9 September 2016 (“Notice”) from Express Rail Link Sdn. Bhd. (“ERL”) in Civil Suit No: WA-22NCVC-476-07/2016 filed by Segi Astana Sdn Bhd (“SASB”) against ERL, the Company wishes to announce that ERL has discontinued the Third Party Notice against the Company and MA(Sepang) without liberty to file afresh accordingly.
