In furtherance to the announcement made by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (the Company) on 28th August 2017, we wish to announce that Syarikat Pembinaan Anggerik Sdn Bhd (SPASB) had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal in respect of the High Court’s decision on the Company’s Stay Application which was granted on 23rd August 2017. The Court of Appeal has further fixed the case management for this appeal on 30th October 2017.

Any further updates in respect of any material development of this case will be made from time to time.
