We refer to our announcements on 31 March 2016 and 5 April 2016 in relation to the Notice of Arbitration dated 26 February 2016 issued by Kuala Lumpur Aviation Fuelling System Sdn Bhd (“KAFS”) against Malaysia Airports (Properties) Sdn Bhd (“MA Properties”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“Company”). This dispute arose from the Airport Facilities Agreement between MA Properties and KAFS dated 26 September 2007.  

The Company wishes to announce that on 10 January 2025, KAFS has withdrawn the Notice of Arbitration dated 26 February 2016.
