We refer to our announcements on 25 August 2015 and 26 September 2018 in relation to the Notice of Arbitration dated 20 August 2015 issued by Kuala Lumpur Aviation Fuelling System Sdn Bhd (“KAFS”) against Malaysia Airports (Properties) Sdn Bhd (“MA Properties”), a wholly owned subsidiary of MAHB. This dispute arose from the Airport Facilities Agreement between KAFS and MA Properties dated 26 September 2007. On 25 September 2018, the Arbitral Award on liability was decided by the Court in favour of KAFS and the quantum of the award was to be decided in separate proceedings.

The Company wishes to inform that KAFS and MA Properties have, on 30 December 2024, entered into a Settlement Agreement in relation to the quantum of the award arising from or in connection with the Arbitral Award.

The Settlement Agreement is not expected to have any material impact on earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
