The Board of Directors of the Company (save for the interested directors, namely, Dr. Nungsari Ahmad Radhi, Dato’ Zamzuri Abdul Aziz, Dato’ Normah Osman, Tan Sri Datuk Zainun Ali, Datuk Amran Hafiz Affifudin, Rohaya Mohammad Yusof and Mohd Nizam Mohd Khir (being the Alternate Director to Dato’ Zamzuri Abdul Aziz)) wishes to announce the appointment of Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad as the Independent Adviser, made in accordance with paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendations to the Non-Interested Directors of the Company and holders of the Offer Shares in relation to the Offer.
