Expiration Of Tenure Of Managing Director

We wish to announce that the tenure of YBhg Dato’ Sri Iskandar Mizal Mahmood as Managing Director of the Company will expire on 24 October 2023. 

The Board of Directors of MAHB has agreed that Encik Mohamed Rastam Shahrom, Group Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 25 October 2023.
