New Issue Of Securities (Chapter 6 Of Listing Requirements) : Other Issue Of Securities

We refer to the Announcements, DRP Statement, NOE and the announcement dated 28 February 2023 in relation to the declaration of a final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that MAHB has allotted and issued 9,362,604 DRP Shares on 25 May 2023 pursuant to the DRP. The said DRP Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 26 May 2023. With the listing of the said DRP Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of MAHB is RM5,171,077,921.89 comprising 1,668,554,432 MAHB Shares and 1 special rights redeemable preference share.
