Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 30 March 2023, 6 April 2023 and 12 April 2023 (“Announcements”), the DRP statement dated 3 May 2023 (“DRP Statement”), and notice of election dated 3 May 2023 (“NOE”) shall apply herein.

We refer to the Announcements, DRP Statement, NOE and the announcement dated 28 February 2023 in relation to the declaration of a final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by the share registrar of the Company, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd, MAHB will be issuing 9,362,604 DRP Shares. The DRP Shares to be issued represent approximately 87.51% of 10,698,763 DRP Shares, being the total number of DRP Shares that would have been issued had all the entitled shareholders of MAHB elected to reinvest the Electable Portion into DRP Shares.
