1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 27 Apr 2023
2)  The last date of lodgment : 28 Apr 2023
3)  Date Payable : 25 May 2023

Remarks :

Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement dated 30 March 2023, 6 April 2023 and 12 April 2023 ("Announcements") shall apply herein.

We refer to the Announcements and the announcement dated 28 February 2023 in relation to the declaration of a final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

On 28 February 2023, MAHB had announced a final single-tier dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 of RM0.0391 per MAHB Share ("Final Dividend"). The dividend reinvestment plan will apply to the entire Final Dividend ("Electable Portion") whereby Shareholders will be given an option to reinvest the Final Dividend into DRP Shares. If only part of the Electable Portion is reinvested, the balance of the Electable Portion not reinvested will be paid in cash.

Following the above, the issue price of the DRP Shares had been fixed today at RM6.06 per DRP Share.
