The Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“Board”) is pleased to declare a final dividend of 3.91 sen per ordinary share in Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB” or the “Company”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (“Final Dividend”).

The Board had also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”), which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 2 June 2022, shall apply to the Final Dividend whereby shareholders will be given an option to elect to reinvest their Final Dividend into new shares of the Company (“New Shares”).

The implementation of the DRP is subject to the Company obtaining the following:-

1. approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the listing of and quotation for the New Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and
2. approval from other relevant authorities, if required.

The dates of entitlement and payment of the Final Dividend, and the issue price of the New Shares arising from the implementation of the DRP will be announced at a later date.
