Notice Of Arbitration Filed By Segi Astana Sdn Bhd ("SASB") Against Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ("MAHB")

Reference is made to MAHB’s previous announcement dated 22 March 2019 pertaining to the Notice of Arbitration dated 21 March 2019, received by MAHB from SASB. 

The final award related to this arbitration, dated 21 November 2022, has been issued by the Tribunal (“Final Award”).

The Final Award provides that MAHB is to pay SASB RM4,597,854.00, subject to p-award interests of 5% per annum, calculated from the date of the Notice of Arbitration dated 21 March 2019, and post-award interests of 5% per annum from the date of the Final Award to full and final settlement of the sum of RM4,597,854.00 and costs for the arbitration amounting to RM1,300,000.00.
