We refer to our announcement dated 17 September 2021.

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that both the Company and Syarikat Pembinaan Anggerik Sdn Bhd (“SPASB”) have filed appeals against part of the High Court’s decision for the trial between the Company and SPASB.

The Company’s solicitors consider that the Company has a reasonably good prospect of success in the appeals.

Any further updates in respect of any material development will be made from time to time.
