We refer to our announcement dated 25 August 2021.

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that following an application by the Company to strike out this civil suit on 24 September 2021, Paul Raj A/L Samy Raj i.e. the Plaintiff discontinued the entirety of his civil suit in the sum of RM100,047,113.25 against the Company without liberty to file afresh.
