We refer to the Notice of 22nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company dated 30 April 2021 and our announcements on 31 May 2021 and 4 June 2021 in relation to the postponement of the 22nd AGM and approval by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on the Company’s application for extension of time to hold the 22nd AGM and lodgement of audited financial statements for financial year ended 31 December 2020 for a period of ninety (90) days in accordance with Section 340(4) and Section 259(2) of the Companies Act 2016. 

Pursuant thereto, we wish to announce that the Notice of the 22nd AGM of the Company dated 30 April 2021 and any variation to the said notice are hereby rescinded. The Company will announce a new Notice of Postponed 22nd AGM in due course.
