We refer to our announcement on 25 May 2021 in relation to the Notification on Change of Broadcast Venue for the Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting (“22nd AGM”) of the Company scheduled to be held at the new Broadcast Venue at MAHB Auditorium, Malaysia Airports Corporate Office, Persiaran Korporat KLIA, 64000 KLIA, Sepang, Selangor at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 2 June 2021.

In light of the Government’s announcement on a nationwide total lockdown for fourteen (14) days commencing 1 June 2021 until 14 June 2021, the Company wishes to announce that the 22nd AGM has been postponed until further notice. The postponement is to enable the Company to make the necessary rearrangement to comply with the Securities Commission Malaysia’s revised Guidance Note & FAQs on the Conduct of General Meetings for Listed Issuers (“Guidance Note”) effective 1 June 2021.

Taking into consideration of the uncertainties caused by COVID-19 pandemic, the Company will also apply for an extension of time for holding the 22nd AGM and lodgement of its financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
