Puan Normah Osman began her career with the Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI) in 1995 and had served in various positions in MITI until 2018. In July 2018, she was appointed as Deputy Secretary-General (Policy) in the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and in January 2019, she was appointed as Division Secretary in Policy Planning and Coordination Division of Ministry of Education Malaysia. Currently, she is the Deputy Secretary-General (Policy) in the Ministry of Transport. Puan Normah Osman holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Diploma in Public Administration from National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and a Masters in Arts (Management) from Claremont Graduate University, California, United States of America. |
