Reference is made to the announcement on 22 March 2019 in relation to the arbitration notice filed by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ("MAHB") against Segi Astana Sdn Bhd ("SASB") and WCT Berhad ("WCT").

MAHB wishes to announce that in respect of the Notice of Arbitration issued on 21 March 2019 to SASB and WCT, the Tribunal has on 31 March 2021 awarded in its Final Award, amongst others:

(a)          a declaration that the proportionate fixed monthly charge (FMC) is payable by SASB in the sum of RM958,849.33 on a monthly basis from 2 May 2014 until September 2020;

(b)          an order for specific performance of the obligation by SASB to pay the proportionate FMC for the procurement of chilled water; and

(c)          SASB is to pay the sum of RM958,849.33 per month from 2 May 2014 - September 2020 amounting in total to RM73,831,398.41.
