Reference is made to the announcement on 2 April 2021 in relation to the arbitration award by the Tribunal to Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ("MAHB") on the notice of arbitration filed by MAHB against Segi Astana Sdn Bhd ("SASB") and WCT Berhad ("WCT").

MAHB filed in its application to recognise and enforce the Final Award by entry as a judgment in terms of the award. SASB filed in their application to set aside the Final Award. The Court heard both applications together. MAHB wishes to announce that on 1 September 2021, the High Court dismissed SASB’s Setting Aside appeal with costs and MAHB was successful in having the Tribunal’s award entered as a judgment in terms of the award.
