Nine (9) of the meetings were scheduled meetings and five (5) were special meetings. All members of the Board attended more than 50% of their meetings held during the year and they complied with Paragraph 15.05 (3)(c) of the Listing Requirements and provision of the Constitution of the Company. The calculation of the percentage of attendance is based on each Director’s date of appointment. This reflects Board members’ commitment and dedication in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
