As the airport experience begins before guests even set foot at the airport premises, the ease of getting to the airport is an important factor. The more convenient their journey to the airport, the more likely they will use it. For our main hub at KUL, this includes the Express Rail Link, Light Rail Transit and bus services, as well as road connectivity through multiple highway links. Our airport in Türkiye, SAW, is well connected to downtown Istanbul via highways and is serviced by public transportation including taxis, rental cars, buses and private shuttle buses.
