REVIEW BY EXTERNAL AUDITORS Pursuant to paragraph 15.23 of the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, the External Auditors have reviewed this Statement for inclusion in the 2020 Annual Report of MAHB Group, and have reported to the Board that nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the Statement is not prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the disclosures required by paragraphs 41 and 42 of the Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control Guidelines for Directors of Listed Issuers, nor is the Statement factually inaccurate. CONCLUSION The Board and Management will continue to take measures to strengthen the control environment and monitor the health of the risk management and internal controls framework. D. Information & Communication A Corporate Communication Policy provides guidance and ensures that communication across the Group and beyond is well coordinated, effectively and strategically managed andmeets the diverse needs of the organisation. E. Monitoring Monitoring the effectiveness of internal controls is embedded in the normal course of the business.
